Bedroom/Living Room

Accommodates 4 people. Two queen beds, pillows and linens are provided. There are 2 sofas to kick back and relax.

Dining

There’s an oval table with 6 chairs, 2 kitchen island stools and a bar with 5 bar stools.

Bathroom

Shower with hand rail and seat. Large towels, bath mat, hand towels, face cloths, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream, hand soap, hand cream, Q-tips, cotton balls, Kleenex and toilet paper are provided.

Other Stuff

Iron, ironing board, citronella candles, lighter, bug spray, suntan lotion and umbrella are also provided. There is also a pool table and ping pong table for your enjoyment. Air conditioning is provided to keep you cool during those warmer days and a gas fireplace to keep you warm and cozy during those cooler days. A gas BBQ is located outside at the back of the retreat, for all your grilling needs. Walk down the outside stairs and turn right. There's a gas valve beside the BBQ to turn it on an off. Please ensure that it is off when you are done BBQing.

Gaining Entrance

You don’t have to worry about misplacing a key. A key pad will be used to gain entrance to your indoor Whispering Pines Retreat. The code will be provided to you before arrival. Please Note: since this is a second floor retreat, access is via stairs. Our lodging is not currently suitable for wheel chair accessibility. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig (including Keurig coffee and tea), kettle, plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, pitchers, mixing bowls, pots, pans, baking sheets, baking dishes, strainer, cheese grater, miscellaneous cutlery (i.e. spatula, ladle, can opener, etc.), measuring cup, wine and beer bottle openers, dish soap, scrub brush, dish cloths, dish towels and paper towels.

Electronics

TV with satellite and PVR, radio/cd player, Wi-Fi, SONOS speaker system (download the app) allows you to listen to any radio station, as well as Sirius XM Radio.

Water

The water on this property is provided by an underground fresh water spring. The water is tested every 6 months. The water is softened by a softener and an iron filter. In the kitchen by the sink, there is a separate reverse osmosis tap for drinking. However, you can drink the water from any of the taps.
